Critique

Feedback I received:

• Add nipples to earrings - add piercings and jewelry, jewelry is mini shrooms or crystals
• Place deer with antler hands driving horse car
• Make the deer into earrings
• Make mushroom dots more organic
• Add Christmas lights or barbed wire onto deer antlers
• Add a fishing hook out of the cranes mouth
• Give the mouse ears a different colour
• Make the deers mouth open
• Add a horse head to the horse car

Selected Model: Earrings

The feedback I received did not influence my decision to choose the earrings for my next project as I was already most interested in that concept compared to my other models, however it was useful in deciding to modify the nipples as I did not even think about adding them before. I chose to incorporate the suggestions of the nipple jewelry and adding more organic dots to the top of the shroom as well.

Updated Model:

My object relates to remix culture because I'm using models that have been made by other people and already exist, however the way in which they are used and the mods added make it acceptably different. It is a mashup of two separate ideas, the mushroom and the fem torso. I initially merged these ideas for aesthetic purposes but recently thought of "fungirl" instead of "fungi" as an interpretation of the mix. In total, I used three preexisting models as a base for my new design.
